Parasailing is an exciting recreational water sport where you are harnessed to a large, parachute-like canopy wing and towed behind a powerful motorboat. As the boat accelerates across the water, the canopy fills with rushing air and gently lifts you high into the sky. Unlike active flying sports such as paragliding, parasailing is a completely passive experience that requires no training or steering from the passenger. Instead, a specialized hydraulic winch system on the boat manages your launch, altitude, and smooth recovery, allowing you to sit back, relax, and take in breathtaking, bird’s-eye views of the coastline, beaches, and sparkling open ocean.
